Recommended Dosage:
Normal Oil
Morning – Start with 5 drops, increase to max 10 drops.
Night – Start with 5 drops, increase to max 10 drops.
Plus Oil
Morning – Start with 3 drops, increase to max 5 drops.
Night – Start with 5 drops, increase to max 8 drops.
Exceeding the suggested dosage may result in drowsiness or feeling off. It’s best to follow the recommended dosage.
