Shipping policy

Refunds or exchanges are available within 14 days of receiving your
purchase. If more than 14 days have passed, Cannaco cannot offer a refund or
exchange unless the product is defective. Defective products are those with
material imperfections or other characteristics that make them less acceptable
than what a reasonable person would expect.

Returns must be unused, in their original condition, and include all
parts and packaging. Direct marketing purchases can be returned within 7 days
of receipt for any reason but return shipping costs are the buyer’s
responsibility. Refunds for non-defective returns exclude shipping costs.

Cannaco processes refunds upon inspection of returned items. The refund
amount will be credited to the original payment method within a specified
number of days. If you believe you have not received your refund, check with
your bank or credit card provider before contacting Cannaco for assistance. For
